HTMLブロックの展開ハンドラ。
編集者が記述したHTMLをそのまま返す。危険なタグの除去は、他のフィールドと同じく
出力時のサニタイズ（strip_dangerous_tag / dangerous_tags、テンプレート側の
[allow_dangerous_tag]）に委ねるため、ここでは加工しない。
